When is it?
It starts on Monday June 5th, 2006 and lasts 5 nights and six days if you start
out in Reno. For those that join along the way, it ends when they want it to end.

Who can go?
The tour is for pre-1972 American cars. After submitting your tour request, (found on the "Contacts
& Sign Up" page), you will receive your invitation form.
How much is it?
The registration is $75.00 per car to pay for the cost of organizing the tour. All money left
over will be donated to charity at the end of the tour.
How do I sign up?
Click on "Contacts & Sign Up" or Email us at nevada-rides@lycos.com and say that you want to go! We will e-mail you the entry invitation form. There are no additional requirements
other than driving a pre-72 American classic car and e-mailing us a picture of your touring car.
Do we have to start in Reno?
No! The tour will start in Reno but you can join in anywhere along the tour you want to for as long
as you want to. If you want to go for a day's ride, join in! If you want to join in at Ely or Las Vegas, join in and you can
finish the tour with your own schedule!
Who's paying for this?
All cost's involved with this tour are by the individual and not by Bill or Gary.
Bill and Gary are just co-ordinating the tour and have no financial interests or gain involved. This is a fun tour for people
that enjoy driving their rides and want to meet other car nuts!
What about hotels?
We have made contact with several hotels in each city with an overnight stay to obtain a group rate
for tour members. Check under 'Hotels' to get the name and rate offered. If you prefer to stay at another hotel, that's OK,
there are no requirements or penalties involved.
What about the car shows?
The car shows are just that, a place where we can show our cars to the other car clubs and the people
of their city and talk about 'the good ole days'. There are no trophy's or ribbons being awarded. We have asked the participating
entities to donate any money collected to local car clubs or charities.
What car can I drive on the tour?
Any pre-'72 American made car. You can trailer it to Reno, but not on the tour. You have to
drive the car that you registered for the tour. Exceptions will be on a case by case basis.
